Snowy Forest Magic – A Maternity Session in the Mountains

When we started planning this session, we were definitely crossing our fingers for a blanket of snow—and while Mother Nature didn’t quite deliver the winter wonderland we imagined, she gave us just enough to work some magic. And honestly? I’m kind of obsessed with how it all turned out.

The snow patches added just enough winter magic to the session without being too over the top. And while I love how snow sessions look... I’ll be real—I am not a snow person. I'm a warm weather, sunshine-loving California girl through and through. But for sessions like this? Worth it.

This one felt peaceful and simple in the best way. I’m so glad we were able to document this season for them in such a beautiful spot.
